Q:  How do I make a reservation?

A:  It is really simple - just click the BOOK RENTAL EQUIPMENT button or call us at 575-258-0066.

 

Q: Can we pick up our equipment the night before?

A: Yes, you can pick up your equipment the day before your rental starts, anytime after 2:00 PM.

 

Q: What if I don’t know someone’s shoe size?

A: It is very important that you know everyone’s shoe size that you are reserving for. If you guess and are wrong, we will have to re-set the binding and this will result in a delay when you pick up your rentals.

 

Q: What if I reserve skis for two days and decide to snowboard after the first day?

A: We will be happy to change your equipment. If there is a price difference, you can pay the difference. If we owe you, you will receive a store credit.

 

Q: Do you offer senior citizen or military discounts?

A: Yes - we offer a 10% discount for people over the age of 65 and for active military. Use coupon code: SKISENIORMILITARY at checkout.

 

Q: Do you carry any traditional skis?

A: No - all of our skis are shaped skis

 

Q: We are beginners - do we need shaped skis?

A: Shaped skis work for everyone regardless of ability.

 

Q: How do I know what length of skis or snowboard I should rent?

A: We will determine the correct length of your skis/snowboard based on the height/weight information you provide us in the booking process.

 

Q: What is the difference between a regular and goofy snowboard stance?

A: If you prefer your left foot in front, you are regular. If you prefer your right foot in front, you are goofy.

 

Q: Can I return my equipment early?

A: Yes - you will receive in-store credit for your unused days.
