Cancellations, Changes and No-shows — We gladly offer a full refund for cancellations made 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will receive in-store credit that can be used to purchase any items in our store or toward future rentals. 

Payment — A credit card is required for all reservations made via For your protection, the reservation processing is handled on a secured server that encrypts your credit card information. At checkout, your credit card will be charged for the cost of one rental day only. We'll settle up for any additional days when you pick up your equipment.
